Payment Terms: Prior to 90 days before stay: Personal check or money order for $250 Confirmation Deposit Due within 5 days; Within 90 days: 50% of rent plus confirmation deposit due to confirm reservation. By 30 days before stay: remaining 50% of rent and securtiy deposit due. Payment in full required for reservations made within 45 days of stay. Rent includes supply of firewood for woodstove and/or outdoor firepit.
